Sorts and distributes correspondence for the
human resource department.
·
Must be able to greet visitors and must exercise
excellent human relation skills.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
·
High school diploma or general
education degree (GED).
·
One to three years demonstrated
administrative/secretarial experience.
·
Ability
to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to use a
calculator a must.
·
Ability
to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several
variables in standardized situations.
·
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience with MS Word,
MS Excel, MS Access.
ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS & PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS
The
environmental factors and/or physical requirements of this position include the
following: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to
have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the
ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry,
move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye
coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and
visual acuity to use a keyboard. The employee frequently is required to sit,
reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Reasonable accommodations may be made
