Step One: Registration
To utilize this system you must first register as a user. Use the instructions below to complete that task. Once registered you may then return to the system as a Registered User at your convenience. If you are a District Employee use that login option directly. No registration process is required.
- First Time Visitor - Registration
Required.
If you have never registered with our Online
Application system, and you are not a previous employee or an applicant who
submitted a paper application within the past two years, then use this option
to begin the initial application activity. You will be asked to supply your
contact information, including an email address. The online system will then
send you a password to that email address. Once that is received you will log
onto the system thereafter using the Registered User option as seen below.
This process is only required one time. Do NOT register twice using different
names and/or different email addresses as doing so will cause you to have
separate records within the system. If you do not promptly receive your
password via email, check your junk or spam mail. If you need other
assistance with your password or registration activities, contact our
district for assistance.
- Previous Applicant or Previous
Employee.
If you were an applicant
previous to our online system (you submitted a paper application within the
last two (2) years) and have not registered on-line,
click Previous Applicant or Previous
Employee to
begin. You will be asked to enter an Applicant ID and email address.
The District to which you are applying will have notified you of your previous
applicant ID. If you do not have that information you may contact the
District for assistance. You will then receive an email at the email address you provided. This
email will provide you with an account password. Return
to our site and
select Registered User, enter your email and
password and you will be able to complete the on-line application process. In your case,
some data will
already be completed based on what you had previously submitted. You will have
the opportunity to update and/or edit that information, or apply for specific
open positions. You may also change your password under My Profile within the
application. If you do not promptly receive your password via email, check
your junk or spam mail. If you need other assistance with your password or
registration activities, contact our district for assistance.
Step Two: Login
Once you have completed your registration process and obtained a
password click on Registered User to login to the system, unless you are a
District Employee, in which case click on District Employee to log in.
- REGISTERED USER
- If you either completed the First
Time Visitor Process or you have registered as a Previous Applicant or
Previous Employee, the system has emailed you a password. Use the original
email you registered with, along with your password to log onto the system.
Use this option to begin your activity and complete or update your application
information or apply for open positions.
- DISTRICT EMPLOYEE -
If you are a CURRENT district employee (not a Substitute) interested in applying for another
job within the district, use this option to log onto the system. If you have
separated your employment, use the Previous Applicant/Previous Employee option
above.
Note: Once you have entered the application
system, be sure to click on each tab in the system, enter your data and SAVE
that information. You must complete the SUBMIT APPLICATION tab, which will
require you to respond to certain background/disclosure questions, or your
application may not be considered by the District. You may also click on My
Positions at any time to view a list of OPEN JOBS and apply for specific
vacancies.
